JOHN F. TAYLOR, Ph.D., AUTHOR OF THE HYPERACTIVE CHILD AND THE FAMILY WROTE:
Well, I finally viewed your clever video....I wish you success with it.  I agree that your use of puppets defuses the sting of a direct instruction to the viewer and provides something any child can relate to.  I love your subtle humor....and again please accept my congratulations on a clever production.

"Dr. Caron's video program for ADHD children and their families has proved to
be a valuable addition to my repertoire of practical, hands-on tools for the
patients and parents I treat everyday. He has devised a very creative,
inspiring and entertaining series that brings to light a myriad of critical
issues. I have witnessed children watching  "The Dr. C  and Elwood Show" with
smiles on their faces and seen how well it serves as a springboard for them
to begin to question and understand  their behavior. Unlike books for ADHD
children, the video provides a more powerful impact because the child viewer
so easily identifies with Elwood's circumstances."

Dear Dr.Samuel Caron,

Thank you very much for your e-mails.  I come back to the University now. It was a great privilege to be with you. Thank you very much for your kindness. I came back to my home in Tokyo last week, and watched your Videos repeatedly day after day. These are very instructive, beautiful and amazing with joyful music and ventriloquism. You, in the videos, showed many strategies that make children happy. Dr.Fennwick in London said that HAPPINESS IS A POWERFUL ANTICONVULSANT for patients with epilepsy. Now I realize that happiness is a powerful medicine for ADHD too. I want to introduce your Videos to Japanese ADHD families, students and doctors.

I reviewed Dr.  Caron's Video on  ADHD and found it to be very
educational and entertaining at the same time.   Having a child with
ADHD,   the  behavior  described,   fit our son to a tee.     I felt like
Dr C had been reviewing his symptoms while diagnosing Elwood.

Each step  of the  diagnosing  was reviewed  with the  parents   and in
doing so,     let everyone  involved  get a better    understanding   of the
problems of ADHD and how to deal with a child with ADHD.  It takes
a great deal   of work  on both  the parents  and the child,    but ADHD
can be dealt with day by day.

I recommend this video for anyone having a child with ADHD or using
it as an educational tool in the work place or school setting.

Sincerely,
